How quickly can I get LexTone set up?
Most firms are fully operational within 24 hours. Our onboarding team handles number porting, system configuration, and training so you can focus on your practice.
Does Lexi AI replace my staff?
No. Lexi handles overflow, after-hours, and high-volume periods so your team can focus on higher-value tasks. Think of Lexi as your always-available backup receptionist.
Is my client data secure?
Absolutely. LexTone uses end-to-end encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and never shares or sells your data. All call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only by your firm.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We handle the number porting process for you at no extra cost. Your clients won't notice any disruption during the transition.
What happens if I exceed my included Lexi AI minutes?
Lexi AI plans include a set number of AI receptionist minutes. If you exceed them, you'll be billed at your plan's overage rate ($0.50-$0.65/min depending on plan). We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises. Note: LexTone Communications plans include unlimited calling - minute limits only apply to Lexi AI receptionist usage.
Do you offer month-to-month billing?
Yes. While yearly plans offer significant savings (up to $2,000/year), we offer month-to-month billing with no long-term contracts required.
What languages does Lexi AI support?
